How to apply

Below you will find all the important information on requirements, processes and documents for your application for the MDBA at FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg. You will also find the application for admission to the Master of Digital Business Administration here.

Prerequisites

  • Completed university degree from Bachelor’s level (180 ECTS)
  • At least 1 year of practical experience (during and/or after first degree until the start of the MDBA program)
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Meaningful application

Process

  • Application period for the next cohort starting in October 2024:
    • Application start: 01.10.2023
    • Application deadline: 15.06.2024
    • Start of studies: Winter semester 24/25
  • Two-stage process:
    • Evaluation of the application documents
    • Personal selection interview

  • Proof of first professionally qualifying degree (e.g. Bachelor)
  • Proof of stays abroad (times, performance records)
  • University entrance qualification (e.g. high school diploma)
  • German and English language skills
  • Applicants with less than 240 ECTS from their first degree: Special aptitude assessment test (SEFP):
